    • Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg: 3–5 business days

    • Europe: 4–7 business days

    • Worldwide: 7–14 business days

  • We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

  • Title and risk of loss pass to you once products are handed to the carrier.

  • Any VAT, import duties, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day commercial return policy and comply with EU consumer law for the 14-day legal right of withdrawal.

Legal Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

  • You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item.

  • Contact us at info@archivestudio.nl to request withdrawal.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • Refunds will include the cost of the product and standard shipping, if applicable. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Commercial 30-Day Returns

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

  • Contact us at info@archivestudio.nl before returning any item.

  • Exchanges require a separate purchase after the return is accepted.

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
