All products are shipped with tracked shipping within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Netherlands: 1–3 business days (PostNL or DPD)

  • Belgium, Germany & Luxembourg: 3–5 business days (PostNL or DPD)

  • Europe: 4–7 business days (PostNL or DPD)

  • Worldwide: 7–14 business days (PostNL or FedEx)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and customs procedures.

Shipping Information

Orders are shipped with PostNL, DPD, FedEx, or one of their affiliated partners.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Track & Trace code so you can monitor your shipment.

Please be aware that any additional charges, such as VAT, import duties, or customs fees in the destination country, are the responsibility of the customer. These charges must be paid before delivery can be completed.

 

International Shipping – Import Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped outside the EU, import duties, VAT/GST, or other local taxes may apply when the parcel arrives in the destination country.

These charges are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees.

Below is an overview of the main duty-free thresholds per country:

 

🇺🇸 United States (USA)

  • Orders up to USD 800 (including shipping) are generally free of import duties.

  • In most cases, no additional charges apply below this amount.

🇨🇦 Canada

  • Up to CAD 20 (including shipping): no import duties or taxes.

  • Between CAD 20 and CAD 150: no import duties, but GST/HST may apply.

  • Above CAD 150: import duties and GST/HST may apply.

🇦🇺 Australia

  • Up to AUD 1,000 (including shipping): no import duties.

  • 10% GST may apply to orders.

🇳🇿 New Zealand

  • Up to NZD 1,000 (including shipping): generally no import duties.

  • 15% GST may apply.

🇸🇬 Singapore

  • Up to SGD 400 (including shipping): no import duties.

  • 9% GST may apply.

  • We cannot guarantee exact amounts in advance, as they depend on local regulations.
